On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, the College of Hospitality Industry Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, integrated theoretical knowledge into practical application through a catering activity titled “Mala Buffet.”

          Organized by the Hotel and Accommodation Business Management Program, the activity aimed to develop high-quality graduates who meet the demands of the modern hospitality industry. It was conducted through an Active Learning approach in the course HFS 1202, providing second-year students with the opportunity to manage a real catering event at Room 3612.
