On 17–18 November 2025, lecturers and staff from the College of Hospitality Industry Management participated in the “SSRU SMART START” New Personnel Orientation Program, organized to enhance perspectives and work approaches for newly appointed university personnel.

          The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Komson Sommanawat, Vice President for Administration, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on the topic “How to Transform Your Work Paradigm for Success.” He shared experiences, concepts, and inspiration to help participants apply the insights to their work effectively.

          The program was held at Bay Beach Resort, Jomtien, Chonburi Province.
