On Monday, 15 December 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Weera Weerasophon, Dean, together with the executive team and staff of the College of Hospitality Industry Management, attended a staff meeting to receive the University’s personnel management policies for the 2026 fiscal year. The meeting was held at the Health and Sports Center Building, 4th Floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

          On this occasion, the meeting was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Luedeh Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, who delivered policy guidelines under the concept “A New Paradigm for Suan Sunandha: From KPI to OKR,” aiming to enhance staff performance toward shared achievements in the same organizational direction.

          In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of the University, presented a lecture on the operational direction and the university’s strategic realignment. The meeting also featured special lectures by Assistant Professor Dr. Nutthapat Kaewrattanapat and Associate Professor Dr. Witthaya Mekhum.
